Dear naïve & shy my old self,
Here I am years later a 20-year-old version of you. I’m very glad and I’m sure you’ll be pleased to know that now you are strong, positive, optimistic and confident. You’ll be relieved to know that you no longer have braces and now you have an adorable smile that makes you gorgeous. You’ll have a slightly nerdy feeling because now you wear eyeglasses. You’ll be grateful to know that the dream that you saw to get higher education has been successful and now you’re pursuing your bachelor’s degree.
Not just this but there are many things that have changed.
You’ll be amazed to know that now you have got new girlfriends in the hostel they are really sincere and caring. You have recognized that you wasted a lot of your time but now you have understood how to use time in a better and good way. Because time waits for no one.
Hey! my dear Past self, you’ll be really grateful to God for everything that He has blessed you with. There were many difficult days and night but now you have passed all those sad days and nights and now you’re enjoying a good, happy and prosperous life. But Still, there is something missing that I’m not recognizing I don’t know what it is but I hope one day you’ll discover it and will be fully satisfied with life.
You’ll be delighted to know that you have learned how to trust people and to deal with disappointments. But still somehow you afraid of trusting people. You’ll be very euphoric to know that you have also learned to accept your mistakes and to deal with failure. There will be a stage in your life when you have to be patient and wait for the right time for you. Because of your failure, you’ll be more experienced and confident in life.
Dear, life is the name of ups and downs, happiness and sadness, love and hate. You’ll face many difficult days that will come in your journey of life that you have to face with confidence. Never forget that you’re the greatest person on this planet. You’re intelligent, beautiful, strong and confident.
All in all, who you once was is not who you are now. you have turned in to a beautiful and strong girl. Thank you for becoming a person that you always wanted to be. You’re free & independent, you’re loved and you’re happy. So to my old self thank-you for being so strong and confident. You should be proud of yourself.
Your best version of Yourself.♥
